Mindfulness is sometimes defined as ‘full attention’ or ‘full awareness’. Basically, it refers to our ability to experience the present moment in a conscious and objective way. When we talk about practising mindfulness, we are talking about training this skill, like a muscle. Mindfulness is a great tool which helps us to manage the frenetic activity of our daily lives without losing our sense of calm or our focus.
